After receiving your order we aim to have your chosen urn dispatched within 5 working days. We will send you an update as soon as the item is on its way, which will include a tracking number. Items delivered within the UK should arrive within 2 days of dispatch. Items delivered within the US should arrive within 5 working days of dispatch.
