Evie May Adams
Based in Sussex, Evie May Adams is a ceramicist, designer, and illustrator whose work draws deeply on the landscape and folklore of her home county. Growing up among folk tales and rural myths has shaped her creative language, resulting in objects that feel both ancient and contemporary.
Evie is fascinated by forms unearthed from the ground, found in bogs, or washed up on riverbanks, echoing the timeless beauty of weathered artefacts. A graduate of Norwich University of the Arts (BA Illustration, 2015), she now works from her Sussex studio, creating handcrafted ceramic pieces that bridge art, design, and history.
Presented by urn studios, her vessels are curated as contemporary ceramic pet urns for ashes, objects that carry a sense of story, place, and reflection.
